Hi there, I wrote a review yesterday but took it down because I thought I’d give them a chance to make it right. I had an emergency a couple years back. Yes that’s a long time and seems that the tires and wheels I was sold were adequate for what I needed them for. What I wasn’t told from S&M I was being sold two different smaller wheels and tires. I went in to Walmart yesterday and spoke to a very distressed tech that said he had a big problem because I was going to need 3 tires replaced but they were all different sizes. This company put two old very rusted out wheels on my car replacing my nice original wheels and chose 2 unmatching sizes leaving my car with 3 different size wheels. I let them know this yesterday. The only response was 2024 nice. I’ll be reporting this to BBB. I’m not even sure it’s legal to do this. I have had company turn people away for less significant things. Below are the new tires and rims I have. I’d suggest asking the question do my wheels match in size if you are buying from them.

Called on 9/18/25 and was told 2 front tires would be $40 each with installment. Went there, and paid $50. Lied about the price on the phone. Whatever, I needed tires. After I got them installed, I went to Alignment World to get an alignment. It is now 10/02/25 and one of the tires is flat with wires sticking out of it. I called to tell them, and was told I needed to get an alignment. I told him I did, and he proceeded to tell me I didn’t, and tough luck. Save your money from these scammers. I uploaded a 3 part video with proof.

Eli Super nice guy and super fast with his work. I thought it would take a while, and in less than 20 minutes he had my car in perfect condition, just as I needed it. I recommend him 100% and will continue coming back for more maintenance on my car.

Yoooo! Eli is the GOAT. I came in with my road E Scooter because I had to replace the tire and it was difficult to do on my own.. and he came thru heavy! Sed referred me to E and although it took some elbow grease we got the job DONE. It's running better than ever and we did it with laughs & genuine effort. Great human beings man. Will be coming here for my car tires as well once it's fixed. Highly recommend!

Update: one of my tires that was replaced ended up completely flat about a week after they had replaced it, there were no holes and I hadn't run over anything. I'm assuming it was the seal. I called them and got no response and no callback after leaving a voicemail. I've updated my review from 4 to 2 stars I needed to replace my two front tires and get a realignment. Called them up and they were able to take care of me same day. Decent prices, $50 per tire and $120 for all wheel alignment. The place does seem a bit sketchy when you pull up but they were very friendly and got my new tires on in about 15min. I had to drive to another location to get my wheels aligned which seemed strange to me, but they got it done. They also told me not to put any more money into my car and that I was better off getting a new one, which I pretty much already knew but I really appreciated the honesty and would recommend this place to others.
